Yes it worked! I did wrong!!! Listen:
Follow this steps:
1. Go to START -> Control Panel
2. Regional and Language Options
3. Then on the main page for Regional and Language Options do following:
On the first language line click and find "English (United States)
On the other (below) choose United States, press Apply and Ok, and re-open I-Doser.
You dont have to change your keybord language.
I have had this problem for over 3 months now, but It worked then
