I think what he meant is that the caffeine dose or well "french roast" can have the mild euphoric affect described. I'v found "french roast" to be an exceptional upper dose and even if it was modeled after a substance far weaker than meth or cocaine it does the job about as well as those doses. I think the dose is at least useful for comparison in this case.
