i see dreams as simply you where you are able to express your feelings (wether you want to or not) BUT if you're like me you can only control your dreams if a certain part of accepts it. a part of you that you as a self concious being cannot control (without training.)

I would have to get in touch with my self (not gonna go into my whole philosophy in detail) and get it (him,me) to allow it. and that would be a problem because the "real me" doesn't think "sex dreams" is what i should be thinking about right now. or if "transforming into an orange" is really a priority.

How would i be able to control me dreams?

The only way to control your dreams is to lucid dream, because when you dream without awareness your subconcious mind throws random thoughts over what I like to call "the wall" (barrier between sub-concious and unconcious) resulting in dreaming your thoughts without control.

Lucid dreaming is the conscious perception of one's state while dreaming. In this state a person usually has control over characters and the environment of the dream as well as the dreamer's own actions within the dream.

I would suggest doing the Lucid Dream dose, if you want to lucid dream with ease.

If you want to be able to do it own your own I can't help you.
ALOT of research could help, but I can never find anything helpful enough to work for me.

Being able to lucid dream at will would be an exceptional talent.
I've only done it one time, and it was a completly random nap in the middle of the day.
