Getting Invalid Picture error? Give this a try.

Hey guys, i'v been having the invalid picture error but I found a fix that might work (Worked for me). Go to control panel, then regional and language settings.. Click on the advanced tab, now make sure you select the language to English. I have mine set to English(Canada), before it was set to another language but yeah give this a shot. Hopefully it works for you. If that doesn't work try setting the language in the regional options tab as well. Let me know if this worked for anyone.
