ive only been useing i doser a few days and i think ive mastered getting in to a trance state already. dont concentrate at all just close your eyes and see what you see. this does 2 things 1 helps the dose 2 makes time go by faster (i learned this one at school. we have a thing that if your late you spend an hour in a room. just staring at something speeds it up tremendesly) and if a picture pops in your head dont think anything of it. its totaly fine as long as you dont try and correct it.
