practice closest i got is where my body goes numb and my eyes twitch and my heartrate skyrockets

there is NO set time, Practice like Leo said, it may take Mouths Of none stop trys or it may work the Very next time you use it, it Varies on the person,
Make sure the Volume is soft but still loud enough to here, and make sure its set to stereo, and don't stop to talk or to check the percentage
