Nothing is happening!

so i have listened to Cocaine 2 times and a few others 1 time and i feel NOTHING! :( am i just retarted or am i not doing something right?[color=indigo][/color]
How loud are you listening to it? When I first started doing i-doser I had the doses up way loud. I read the FAQ, and saw that softer is better. When I started listening to doses at a soft, but audible volume I started getting really good responses.
Also, a good tool is to start at a high number and count backwards mentally. This will help focus your mind and it helps the dose to start working.
Also, the doses you're trying just might not work for you. Some doses don't work for me. Also, I've found that the more I use i-doser, the better the effects.
One last bit of wisdom - I always get a response with the "Pure" doses, especially theta and delta. You might want to try those.
