Well I was getting comfy laying down, and a little itchy. So I layed there for a little bit and then I felt my arms go numb, then I decided to get more shade cause you had to be in darkness for it to work. So I put a pair of shorts to cover my eyes, and then WHAM, I went into REM so fast, it got very dark and the room felt like it was spinning. So weird my heartbeat accelerated so I yanked the headphones out of my ears, i chickened out lol, i'm going to try it latr though .

ps. my heartrate increased really badly is this normal?

TWO THINGS

One you Don't NEED to be in the dark for it to work, i do it all the time all day in my Computer chair, it works BEST laying down in the dark with NO distractions,

TWO my friend the headache and every things means you where ether getting sick or at the EAGE of jumping into the astral Plane, so Congrats on the Half Success

No! Lol Hand of God makes me fall alseep lol, I wake up when Its over its weird lol

I remember when I would practice astral projection and get the rapid heartbeat. I'm sure it's part of the splitting process. It's a little uncomfortable but if you go with it, you will be astral projecting in no time.
