Nutmeg

For any of you who ever ate nutmeg you know the worst thing bout' it is the taste
my fav is to mix it with mustard than eat the mustard
all you need is 2-3 table spoons

ok i have tried nutmeg like 4 times and i have only been able to get it down 1 time. i used chocolate milk and it went right down. never tried mustard. to bad i dont like it.

yea choco milk is good

Actually it can. If you have too much, it can cause cancer.
