How loud do i need to play the sounsd to get them to work?

I'm going to try some of the free ones .. if they work i shall defenatialy be buying lots of doses

Comfortable so that you can hear it, but you dont hurt your ears. I use a different setting each time.

If these doses do not work you may be unsusceptible originally. Your brain will have to get used to them.

Maybe your brain doesnt work with the free ones, but other ones will work fine. Trial and error my friend.

i want a free trial but how do i get one?
