I was quite skeptical about I-doser, I thought it was a scam and that it wouldn't work, but as with most things Ill give it a try.
So I thought that I would try something else to see if it would work so I bought NitrousQH and tried it, it wasn't anything amazing but at about 70-75% wasnt sure I started to feel as if I was on a boat that was rocking from side to side. Again warmth poured down my body. Is this what I should have been expecting or the result of lying still too long?

I would count it as an effect from laying down relaxing.
Nitrous has a wide range of effects from losing balance, to getting jittery, and laughing uncontrollably.

Its very easy to notice things that your body does and count them as effects, however, that boat rocking thing MAY be an effect from telling yourself that you're rocking on a boat. Usually if you listen to a dose and tell yourself that you feel like your rocking on a boat, your body will create an experience for you.

If you are positive its NOT a placebo then count it as an effect, but I wouldn't.

I see what you mean about telling my self it is an experience, but at the time I really didn't tell my self anything I just relaxed and tried to enjoy it. I must admit that I was slightly startled when it happened because it was quite a sudden build up. I will take this one as an placebo and carry on trying.

I've read on the forums about "breakthroughs" Im going to assume that this is when someone feels the full experience of a dose. For this does it have to be a strong dose or can it be with any; if so which would you recommend?

The dose does not have to be strong to have a breakthrough, it could be with a weak dose. You breakthrough the first time your brain finally realizes that it will be influenced by the binaural beats, and it conforms, which then creates effects.

I first got effects from CocaineQH, it was just the first time my brain decided, "Hey, I'm going to get jittery and excited"

For beginners I suggest Nitrous, CocaineQH, and MarijuanaQH.

Yea, I haven't tried Nitrous, CocaineQH yet but I did have a go with Marijuana QH and when that demonic static storm started I got really frightened and had to stop. As I take all of my doses at night I feel that I'm more easily scared. I have tried dosing in the day but It seems that when its day (even with no light in a room) I just can't concentrate on the sound.

Ill give the full CocaineQH ago, but before I do anything - Which doses have the static storm in them?

Only MarijuanaQH, Inhalant, and Gates of Hades have it, I think. And you should have nothing to worry about since Inhalant, and Gates of Hades are for more experienced dosers. You should really get through MarijuanaQH, it's honestly not that bad. The static storm only lasts for about 20 - 30 seconds. It's not too bad, and it won't happen again after that.

If you can expect it on the second time you won't be scared. Keep your thoughts concentrated on counting, and you should be fine.

My heartbeat rises, but I continue to concentrate and it passes.

My first time with marijuanaQH, the static storm also scared the shit out of me, i totally lost concentration and quit the dose.

But now you know the static storm is in the dose, so you know it will come. Don't FOCUS on when the static storm is comming, cause it will disturb your concentration. You'll hear it comming eventually. So when it comes, just think: Ok, here it is.

It may sound annoying in the beginning, but as soon as the storm is going hard, i felt something. So just let it come all over you!

Good, you'd be surprised how fast the effects come after the static storm, because up untill that point the dose is mostly conditioning your brain to receive the dose.

If you really want to you can ignore the effects. Really. Besides what you should expect there are no side effects.

yes you were definitely the first to use "breakthrough".

and I also suggest MarijuanaQH that was the first dose i started feeling the effects. I tried nitrous and got nothing it all depends on the person i think.
