Methods of Remembering Lucidity

Attaining lucidity in dreams is totally useless if you can never remember doing it. Otherwise how would you know? In the waking hours is when we contemplate that stuff.
First off, we need to remember dreams. A lot of people don't. I grasp at straws sometimes. Keeping a journal helps, it makes it interesting. We can write of dreams with as much importance as our real life events, they're often windows into our subconcious I think. I can often piece out what thoughts may have led to them. I doubt there's any order, half of it's probably random nerve firing, but associated nerves fire together so you can tell what thoughts are associating with each other.
Anyway, once we remember dreams well, then we can simply look for moments where, basically, you are recognizing that something is amiss. Not necessarily a dream, but like... something is happening that is illogical, out of place with daily living, and you find it.
The problem is, that's what usually wakes me up. Staying under after that realization's tough, so actually doing anything with lucidity is hard.

I have always been intrigued by dreams. I always thought it was amazing how there was another dimension where your mind went while you sleep. I am now even more intrigued, because now I-Doser can help me achieve my lucid dream. I just ordered a book online about lucid dreams and hopefully I will be succesful.

I'm new to this sorta stuff but I do believe dreams are leads to something in our lifes. I've had two dreams where I have been doing something but there the thing I was doing I couldn't firgure out what I was doing.. A few months later what was in my dream happend to me in real life.. I'll explain one dream..
I was in class on the computer sitting with a mate, the teacher was going on about our country and stuff and than I found something but I wasn't quite sure what it was than I woke up.
A few months later I was in class and the teacher was going on about our country and I said "I had a dream about this!" Than I found an mp3 and I realised that is the thing me and my mate were looking at in my dream.
Probly made no sense but I just got off a Dose like I said I'm new to this sorta stuff and I feel all weird like..

What's the difference between doses 1, 2 and 3? Does it matter if you skip the first two and just listen to the number 3 (but still hasn't had any effect on me yet)? Is it better to listen, while in bed with the lights turned off, with open or closed eyes?

Well, usually when im really stoned. I do stuff like that, think of things that arent right and should be different even though they are considered "right".
Ive never had any trouble remembering dreams. But ive never tried the Lucid thing.

The Hemi-Sync Lucid Dreaming Series works realy great, it uses a combination of hypnosis and binaural brainwaves.
you can get it on emule, or buy it.
