I feel that dosing back to back isnt as effective except when using reset which I felt effective I had good after effects off speed not intense but mild and reset stopped the mild effects
But same dose type same Hz level?

It's called piggybacking. You should have done a search at the top.
Yes people do it. It's sometimes effective, but normally it just resets you each time you restart the dose. It's not any more effective than taking the dose once.
