Hello,
I'm using idoser about 3 months.
I tried different doses but I don't have effects.
I can just feel my muscles twitch during the dose.
What am I doing wrong?
I lay down, close the eyes and count everytime I listen to a dose.
Maybe the volume is low?
Help me please.

Are you totally relaxed and concentrating on the doses?

You aren't relaxed enough. If you're twitching it means your body is trying to relax, and it having a hard time relaxing.
Try and stretch and slow your breathing before dosing. Drink some tea and just try to relax, almost like your about to nap. Relaxation, a clear mind, and concentration are key. We seem to underplay relaxation, but without it idoser is not possible.

What exactly means to relax.
When I listen to a dose I lay down on my bed, close eyes and I'm concentrated to the beats.
How can I be more relaxed than just lay down?
I read that many users write that they fall asleep during the dose.
If I'm that relaxed to fall asleep I'm not able to be concentrated to the beats.
How can I do both of them?Be very relaxed and be concentrated to the beats?

Just laying down doesn't mean anything. I can run a mile and then lay down. I'm not relaxed if I run a mile an lay down. Do some relaxation excersises, and get yourself ready. Stretch and google relaxation techniques.
People fall asleep because they allow their conscious to leave them, and since they're so relaxed they fall asleep. If you keep your concsciousness aware, it's harder to sleep. Counting backwards from a high number can keep you aware.

I just finished to listen the cocaine dose.
I think I was relaxed, because I never felt so good like this time.
But I hadn't visual effects.
My hands and head moved sometimes. Is that something?
Maybe I should try another dose.

CocaineQH doesn't always give visual effects. If you were twitching I would say that the dose worked to a certain degree. Especially if you felt energized afterwards.

When I started the dose I was tired but in the end of it I was more awake.
What dose should I try next?

Do CocaineQH a couple more times. You wan't to get more used to it.
You could also start trying other beginner doses...Nitrous, and MarijuanaQH.
Haha, it actually took me 3 minutes to remember what the last beginner dose was. MarijuanaQH. I just finished it, and I've never been so forgetful.

Thank you for the help you are giving to me.
I tried the CocaineQH and I felt the muscles of my legs spasming.
And once my right shoulder moved a bit without my "permission".
I think that the QH is too short,I felt better the spasms with the normal dose but I felt them with the QH too.
I just do deep and slow breaths during the play to relax and I think it works.
I'll try the other doses you write and I'll write about them.

I would suggest drinking tea before dosing. It helps my body and mind relax but keeps me from falling asleep.
I usually drink green tea with some damiana and catnip in it, other relaxing herbs would probably work too.

Playing off of what Bastard said, if the tea doesn't work, try having something after that that won't dry your mouth out.
I find tea always leaves my mouth feeling a bit dry, and making me more thirsty, so it's actually distracting if I have tea first, so experiment with that a bit. Maybe hot chocolate would have the same effect. I find it warms my body and calms me down as well.

I suggest this as well, however don't wait too long after you drink to dose. You won't be able to relax as well and it may interfere with dosing.
Also, don't get used to having tea each time you dose, just untill you start to get better effects. It's very inconvenient having to make tea each time you wan't to dose, especially if you only do it eyes closed, because then not only do you have to make tea, you have to be improductive for up to 45 minutes, which isn't at all fun.
But really, the tea is good, so is stretching, and some breathing before you dose. One thing that deffinitely also helps is concentration techniques. Im sure you could search around, because I've posted about concentration techniques in about 50 different topics.
Good luck.

I just finished to listen the heroin dose.
Are in the dose beats louder than the normal ones?
Because I heard twice a lot louder beats and after the first one my heart started to beat like a mad and my body was slowly vibratin from left to right for about 3 minutes.
I haven't had visual effects but at the end of the dose I saw many little things flying everywhere while my eyes were closed.
Also my body was heavy during the play, I felt the feet and hands numb.
