doses aren't working

I am using $15.00 ear buds and realize that could cause trouble but is there anything i can do to compensate for that?
It's not your earbuds. You need patience. If your following the traditional method, or any method for that matter, you need to hav patience; it may take a while for any dose to work on you.
I have 20$ earphones. Before these I was using 5$ earbuds and still got effects. It's not as complicated and delicate system like it seems. If it doesn't work at first you need to keep trying and not give up. Only large things will truly hinder it from working.
