In nearly every dose I use, I end up having hypnic jerks. Sometimes it's just once and then they're gone. But when I did Astral and Inhalant they were horrible, more so with inhalant as I had one every few seconds. They ruin the doses and I can rarely ever get back to the state I was previously in. I think I probably just need to get some more sugar in me before I use the doses, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they have a solution.

hypnic jerks? Can you please explain what you mean by that?

When your body jerks when you are between asleep and awake. Like you're about to fall asleep and you fele startled or whatever.

Happens to me on occasion, at least its not as bad as when I fall a sleep, and dream of tripping over
