Just for the record Salvia Divinorum is legal in every part of the united states other that Tennessee. So that illegal mark is incorrect.

Actually, incorrect. It's illegal in several states, with restrictions in citeis and towns in others. One example is a ban in Worchester County, in Maryland.
No federal law says its illegal though.
