So I just did I think most of Inspire and I feel amazing. I don't know if all the effects I'm feeling are supposed to happen, but it's great. I feel: dizzy, tall, happy, giggly, obviously inspired, motivated, and overall good. Instead of counting backwards from a large number like I usually do, I concentrated on my breathing, and it worked. This was my breakthrough dose so yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good job! Counting breaths is another very effective method. Some people find that counting backwards is too easy to do, and thus they think about other things WHILE they count.

I can't really see what I would use the inspire dose for unless i'm writing a paper or doing a project for an art class or something. Did you do something creative following the dose?

Well I wrote a tenor solo and then wrote lyrics that just popped into my head. Seemed to work for me. And you're right, I thought counting backwards was too easy. I also found it effective to count odd numbers backwards or do math problems like (2*2, 3*3, and so on).

It's fine. I make mistakes when I'm on my iPod. Which is a lot actually.
