Hey guys. If you are reading this its probably cause you can't or have difficulty to get a dose to work because you can't concentrate on the sound. Alot of people suggest to count backward or focus on your breathing and it does work most of the time. But for me it wasn't enough so i tried to find other ways.


Now for a dose to work you need to be relaxed and focused and a good way to be in a relaxed stat is to do self hypnosis. There is many videos on youtube for self hypnosis but my favorite one is this one - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgUrTYYsxdQ


The best way of doing it is to mute the audio on youtube and stare at the middle of the screen. When you feel your ready for the dose you can start it and then go back to youtube and put the video on fullsreen. Focus at the middle of the screen till your eyes just wanna close themselves and let yourself go into a deep trance.

I hope this will work for you cause it does for me.


ps: Dont forget to use a good pair of 30-40$ headphones (15Hz-22000Hz) and close the lights.

No, the video is quit dark so it shouldnt affect your vision.

I'm sure those natural acid videos aren't great for your eyes, but I dout they are that detrimental. That doesn't mean that some activities associated with natural acid videos aren't bad for you vision (lights off, eyes an inch from screen) but the video, or act of watching the video should be fine.
I don't know if this should be used if you're a beginner to I-doser, because beginners should use the traditional method, but I'm sure they could try it anyway; who knows, maybe they would get some effects.

that's what made me decide to give it a try I read all of his experiences on the topic.

well cam i don't think you would need it but for the beginners i think it could help them if they don't like counting backwards or if they can't find a good way to focus. i only used this a few times and now my focusing has improved alot, i don't even need the video anymore.
