new to this need advice

I am wondering if I need to listen to the doses with my headphones very loud to get the full effect. I find I can't listen for very long if it is full on.
Thanks for any advice.

You dont have to listen very loud, only loud enough for you to hear it clearly.

It's very rare for anyone to get the "full effect" or even close to it early on. You brain needs to become accustomed to accepting the doses.

Comfortabitlity.
If the sound is too loud, turn it down.
If you can't hear it, turn it up.

Not true, I tried it on both my cousin and my friend and it worked on both of them.
But yeah still if you don't get the effects at first keep trying, it took me an entire month until I started feeling the full effects.
