Opium and a new concentration technique

So i decided to try opium again, i've done it one time earlier but it did nothing for me, but i have not gotten any effects from i-doser yet i think.
So it was pretty late and i did the dose laying in my bed in darkness with my eyes closed.
I really have a problem concentrating, even if i really try to concentrate and count backwards from a high three-digit number i tend to wander off and think about other stuff, first i start to daydream while i still count and then i just stop counting and start to daydream untill i realise what i'm doing and then i start counting again.
I think one of the reasons is that im kind of tired when i listen to a dose because i dont feel like dosing in the day, it feels like im wasting time or something. Its pretty boring to just lay down for 30 minutes during the day.
But yesterday when i did opium i started to count my breaths instead, and this is how i came up with a new concentration technique that really needs you to concentrate. Heres what i did.
When i counted to 1 i also made a math calculation that would equal my number of breath like this.
I count to 1 and i think 1 + 0 = 1
I count to 2 and i think 1 + 1 = 2
I count to 3 and i think 2 + 1 = 3
And so on. I also used multiplication like:
I count to 9 and i think 3 * 3 = 9
I hope you understand, and i think i kept on doing that untill i reached 70 and maybe 15 minutes had passed. Then it got really hard so i started all over, but i got really tired and started to daydream/dream and after a couple of minutes i just started to count from a high three-digit number. I did this for some minutes and then i started to daydream and then i started to count again. And like that i continued untill the dose was finished.
I when i took off my headphones i didn't actually feel anything, exept that when i looked on stuff in my room it looked or rather it felt like the room and the objects was rocking back and forth (and up and down). I dont know if this was an effect of the dose or just my mind doing it cause i focused on an object and wanted to feel something.
Whats the first thing i should feel on opium? So i know it worked?
