The two messenger substances are produces by our body, I'don't know really where, but they are.
And when they are poured out, the effect is, that we feel happy, maybe euphoric and so on.
Real drugs use this effect... So could it be possible to start pouring out Dopamine or Serotonine without taking drugs? Just with listening to these beats?
That we can't produce THC or other drugs, well, this should be clear.
But cause the cells to pour sth... maybe

No, it is not possible. Binaural beats affect your brain waves only. Though they can still put you in a pleasant state of mind.
Edit: I was partially wrong, check the post below this one.

jes, it is possible, only that the question is phrased wrong,
does the influence binaural beats have on the brain lead to increased production of chemicals in the brain?
answer: yes
for example:
Delta waves raise the amount of melatonin from the pituitary gland, which influences your endocrine system positively and even adds an intuitive dimension to one`s psyche. Delta waves also help reduce cortisol levels. Cortisol causes brain cell damage and speeds aging. It is a hormone that is released under stress and tends to overwork (fight or flight) the adrenal glands. And exhausted adrenals lead to serious health issues.

so yes, binaural beats that effectivly bring you down in deep states help effect of chemical balance, in some cases,
im sure too much binaural beats can cause imbalance, but even if you take a quick "deep" nap, you will feel refreshed after 30min, thanks to chemical production in your brain...
if binaural beats wouldnt effect the brain, then yes, they wouldnt have an effect on chemical household, but they do, so it does

Nice answer, thanks for clearing that up. Binaural beats that stimulate delta waves always really relax me and make things kind of slow down.
