how to get in a trance?

How do you guys get into a trance, ive tried a very so far not so good effects and i thought if i get in a trance it would help.
Just relax and chill while you're listening to it. Keep trying, they will get stronger. Eventually, the dose will just put you into a trance automatically (from my experience), depending on the dose.
You could even try some basic self hypnosis to help you relax.
