I don't think so. After all, they advise that you should be listening to the beats in stereo mode (which means it splits the sound so that the left and right ear are listening to different sounds)

If you're completely deaf in one ear, there's no chance of it working due to how binaural beats are created.

I am not completely deaf of this ear !
