Is this a trip?

My first real trip? Ok, so i am 13 and I was at my friends house and he let me try Opium. In the middle of it the music faded away and i thought it was over because i started to see my friend play CoD: ModernWarfare but then i realized that it was still going and my vision of the game stopped, was this a trip.
If it was not my first real trip would have been today when i tryed A-Bomb for the first time 30% through it i began to feel as heavy as a rock, then i had to leave at 35% my question is is the first or second a trip or a placebo?
