Frustration

I found I-Doser and told my sister about it. We were both curious and decided to give it a shot. She has had good luck with all of the doses she's tried so far. However, they don't seem to do much for me. When listening to the doses I feel very relaxed, but that's it.
But I also cannot focus on the sound. I listen to them free of distractions or noises, but my mind still wanders. It seems that I don't know how to "clear my mind", which I believe might be the main reason why I'm not getting the same effects as my sis'.
Any tips on how to control mind wandering?

Well, once you get the hang of it it's really not that hard. Just stay relaxed and take a few deep breaths. Don't worry about what effects you'll get, just relax and maybe try meditating. You can probably Google some meditation techniques, which will help your mind stay calm and focused.
You really don't have to make your mind go completely blank. I do doses with my eyes open while going around on the internet and they still work, but definitely not to their full effect. The main thing is try not to think about the effects you'll get, because I remember always thinking about what would happen, which would make me anxious. Just be at peace and be positive I suppose, the effects will come.
Sometimes it takes longer for others to get the effects, your sister just happens to be one of the people who gets effects really quickly after starting I-Doser. Just keep trying and don't worry if you're not feeling anything, you will.

I'll try looking up meditation tips on google.
Thanks for the boost of confidence, I was just about ready to give up.
