Scared when using Binuaral Beats, help!

I have tried a few different beats in the past. For the last 2 nights, I have tried a file to help me to fall asleep, but for some reason, I get so scared when doing it. I know there is nothing to be afraid of, yet I still get scared a little when I am starting out. After listening for a while, any tiny noise, or change in noise, freaks me out, and my heart starts pumping and I get really hot. I really don't want this to happen, because I know when you're not relaxed, doses won't work, and definitely not sleeping doses.

Basically, my question is: How can I reduce my anxiety associated with doing doses, and how can I not get startled when any other sound plays? (like a slight change in pitch, or when the dose kind of sounds different suddenly)

I think you're just scared of the unexpected. Just know that nothing out of the ordinary will happen and you'll get very close effects to the description (everyone gets slightly different effects.) Try an anti anxiety/sedative dose until you get used to I-Doser. The effects from the dose will help to counter you feeling afraid of it.

If you keep trying your brain will probably realize sooner or later that they aren't as scary or crazy as you thought they were. I-Doser can actually make you feel very happy and calm, which is a wonderful experience. It really helps if you're ever angry at someone, or if you just want to feel good.
