this is my little tutorial. Lay down on a confy bed, puts arms the to side of you. Turn off your lights, make sure right ear bud is in right ear. Left ear bud is in left ear. Then when it starts to play rather then counting down, play the beats in your head like they lyrics to a song. This works for me

This is how I do it.

Put on headphones, turn on I-Doser, do whatever on computer while dosing.

It's how I do it and it works.

I don't think this way works as good as other ways, because you are concentrating on the computer, not only the dose. You should try in the bed, because if you feel the effects on computer, they may be like super strong on the bed while not doing anything else.

I tried the crystal and nitrous doses while sitting at my PC reading the i-Doser guide, I got some effects but I can't wait to do it the RIGHT way.
