It's really strong and weird at first. Then you feel your muscels tensing up, then if you put your hand against your heart it's beating REALLY fast. And I lifted our living room couch over my head! (400LB) When I can normally only bench press 192LB

by lift, do you mean pick it fully up with two arms? or Lift up one end of it?

Did you lift the couch while dosing or after the dose? How long did the after effect last?
