yeah, its definitely something worth trying, i got it to work last night (tried 2 other times with no result) and it was amazing. btw orgasm and ejaculation are 2 different things that happen simultaneously when pleasured on the outside....but this gives you just the powerful orgasm with no mess

yeah ejaculation is the result of glans and nerves in the genitals being stimulated, orgasm itself is 100% in the brain, just like pain.

I´ve tried the Hands Free Orgasm dose last night. It was great, and answering your question, feels like you´re having one and get very close to ejaculation.

So, I just want to throw in my own experience, as a guy.
It's an amazing dose, but has NOT been a "dry experience". Maybe I'm just wired that way, but I tend to make a bit of a mess.

Depending how far I get pulled in, I at the least usually come quite close (which ends up feeling better than an orgasm used to, and then when I do get the orgasm....somfb) . . . or a few times it pushed me clear over the edge, and unfortunately there are no words to describe that - well, other than 'ineffable.'
I find the fantasy pack doses work considerably better for me than orgasm, and depending on my mood - - or situation - - the 4 doses there provide a good variety.
