Download will not play as music! Help

my download (i downloaded out of body) has come into the my computer thing as something that should be opened up on adobe reader, and even when i do open it up on there it doesnt open? does adobe even play audio clips? i thought these were audio clips? how do i fix this.

Start i-Doser as Admin.
Under "Options" click Assoc...

Click on OK and Reopen the File.
Or use "Open Dose"
