shaking

whenever i listen to any dose with my eyes closed, i feel like the bed (or chair) are shaking slowly, them more and more. sometimes i feel like my bed is in a washing machine and i turn headfirst like my bed is doing somersaults. is this normal? it sounds crazy.

You're lucky, this is a really good effect showing the dose is working. Just remain calm, keep breathing and don't move at all during this. Depending on the dose, you'll be in for a wild ride. This best is when you are doing out of body experiences, which is very common to shake before you leave your body.

thanks man i tried this with anesthesia and when it was over i got out of bed and fell down. then i got up and fell down again..lol

Haha nice. I really want to try anesthesia but I haven't had a good day to do it. I did one day before bed but I just fell asleep D:
