Every time I do the astral projection I get so damn close to getting out of my body, I feel the vibrations my heart is beating and I can't move I'm breathing heavy and I feel I'm about to leave, then I don't!!!
Do it just need more practice, I try rolling off my bed (my astral body or whateever but it never works0
