I have tried absinth QuickHappy lucidDream and divinorum.Only the second time when i've tried absinth i had a low felling (i'm a bit shake).What i must do to get more effect?When i'm listening i always always thinking i it will works(or if it's a placebo effect).I can't stop thinking to these

Hello. I am a beginner also and I got it to work by counting backwards from a large number. Try not to think about the dose. Make sure your body is relaxed and take 5-10 minutes before a dose to close your eyes and relax. First, relax your muscles and body, start by relaxing from your toes and upward. After your muscles are relaxed, clear your mind and try not to think if it's going to work or not. Start the dose, do not move throughout the dose. Close your eyes and make sure you are in a dark place where it is quiet. Silence your phone. Lock the door. Whatever it takes to be in a relaxed environment, do it. After you started it, Start counting backwards. Try to visualize the numbers in your head. Another thing you can do is to focus on the sounds and try to look into the blackness after you have shut your eyes. Look straight forward in your closed eyes and try to see the end of the dark tunnel ahead of you, visualize pictures, such as flowers, or a house, or a garden.

Another important thing is never thing negative or it will not work and do not believe what people say when they say it is a placebo. It is not a placebo.

I tried hand of god and almoust I fell asleep and suddenly my heart was racing fast like(adrenaline)(34%).After these i stop.I have tried and other things but no one have a result what should I do?Is possible to have results after more time because I'm trying I-doser(different doses) more more than a 6 days.

Everyone is effected differently by I-Doser. My friend also gets the full effect everytime yet I can't. It's to do with paranoia, concentration and doubt.
