I have been listening to alot of i dosers from a friend for like the past 2 weeks but they arent really working for me I have tried to concentrate to the "music" but every time i feel no different. I have tried Hand of god like five times now but I feel nothing. does any one have any tips or something because I really want these to work for me. Also apparently beta will help me concentrate should i listen to that before doses to stay focused?

lay comfortably flat in darkness and don't move for the duration of the dose. clear your mind- try not to concentrate on anything, or if you have to only one thing. I did this and on my first try with white crosses it worked. but others will take a few tries, even if you do all this.

Ya im pretty sure my problem is that I cant concentrate on the beats very well but I am practicing. Il try white crosses.
