Iv read somewhere that when your body is like going into a trance your brain makes you have an itch or something to see if you are awake. is this correct.

Yes. If you are laying down, your brain also gives you horrible feeling that you need to roll over. If you don't give in to this feeling (can be hard since the feeling escalates) you can end up in deep trance and you might feel the vibrations before an OBE/AP.

Sorry to bump this, but I have had this feeling where I need to just MOVE and it is extremely uncomfortable. UltimaWarrior, can you go into more detail on how to get into a deep trance and how I will know if it happens?
