Just binaural beats. The way I-Doser.exe works is it just generates the binaural beats. Since it's being generated directly from the program, it's very high quality. The doses are just like a set of instructions. That's why they're so small in size.

To put it simply, whenever you open up a dose, the dose tells I-Doser.exe what binaural beats to make.

Some of the iPhone doses and Ambient Soundscapes from the CDs and MP3s contain background noises and voices (not evp, if any brainiac was thinking of saying it) that could be perceived as subliminal. But they're harmless, they're not trying to convince you of anything or to buy a product, they're just there for the ambient effect.
