Adrenochrome, MarijuanaQH, gates of hades, Inhalant. Does the loudness make the effect strong, plus do you have to focus as much?

Personally, I like the loud static noises because they make the dose stronger and, as you said, easier to focus. They work more consistently for me. They raise your heart rate, which is their intended use in all of those doses.
