Well, there's Gamma. I hear that really increases game performance. But, if you're looking for something that will fuck you up, you could try morphine. Are you looking for downers/uppers? Crystal meth also works for eyes being open while dosing, from what I've read. Dexies is also pretty good.

Are you asking if there are any doses you can play while gaming. The answer is no, I`m pretty sure you need to be lying down and relaxed to get the effects.

I know this is kinda necro posting but whatever. I saw this and decided I'd try some of the doses I have while gaming. Hallucinogenics and downers don't do anything except mess up your game and most of the uppers I tried where neutral, but I had strong reactions with cocaine and dexies. With cocaine I felt a huge boost in my game play, as it really aided concentration, also I did feel a bit of a euphoric buzz and a few odd pulses in my body. With dexies I had a slight playing boost but playing on dexies was awful. I was completely stressed out and cursing at the screen. At one point I started freaking out because I only had two points and I thought the match was almost over then after a second I realized I was 1 minute into a 20 minute match. playing on cocaine = playing on dexies =
