I mean, I look retarded. Lieing on the couch with headphones, my family doesn't understand. Can I just sit on the chair while going on the PC and let the dose run, or just lay my head against the PC desk?
No doses worked for me so far, I think only the content one worked and I THINK. I felt a little happy, I am trieing others but nothing.
Can you recommend any? Are there any where you don't have to sleep?

Well you don't have to *sleep* but you do have to have your eyes closed. I used to listen to a lot of music with eyes closed, and my family didn't ever see a problem with that. More so, they were glad that i would take a break from watching the computer screen.
