Just started using I-doser

Im new to I-Doser and the first dose i tried was Marijuana, nothing happened. it was the same with my next 4 doses, but i think my sitting at the computer reading websites etc and not relaxing or concentrating on the dose might of had something to do with it 
I just this minute tried Nitrous (i think, if its the 10 min one) and i was looking @ this forum and reading alot of the posts, the only effect i noticed was i let out a few tiny laughs, but im not sure if it was voluntary or not.
My next dose i try will be Crystal Meth, as from what i've read is amazing experience, i just hope it works for me
i will try lying down and relaxing, and just concentrate on the sounds. wish me luck
