Okay i wanted to know if anyone knows for sure that the mp3 versions have less an effect the the .drg versions because i just got some mp3s.

As long as the MP3's are from the official I-Doser packages, they should work very well. Personally, I like the MP3 doses because they are short, portable, and I enjoy the ambient soundscapes. Good luck!
