Legitimate Experience?

Okay, so I have used binaural beats before, but mostly for sleep purposes. I tried an I-doser dose a while back called cliffhanger and felt mild effects of vertigo. Last night I remembered about I-doser, and decided to try White Crosses. At first I began to feel very small. Like everything in my room was stretching out. Then my hands and feet started to feel heavy. When I looked down at my feet, my legs appeared to be stretching out and so did my fingers. This went on for a while, and I tried to get used to it, but every time it happened I would freak out. I'm not sure if this was just placebo or what?

I want to try it again later, does anyone have any tips for me?

Sounds legit I've had simler effects with white crosses like tilting and spinning and streching of my body. I really like this dose one of my favs if I do it with my eyes open it just gives me tons of energy and euphoria.

Well technically whether it is placebo or not it did work for you (psychologically speaking)

The concern I have is that if it was placebo and you find out then it may fail to work again.

A few of these doses did nothing for me until I really started listening close and focusing on the beats. I tried LSD last night and it hit me reasonably well. Placebo or not I choose not to question it

Ride the lightning! :-p
