that reality shift feeling...?

Does anyone get that reality shifty feeling right after you trace out and come back to reality.. . My dosing cycle starts out with relaxing then relaxing some more and then sorta blacking out for a split second and then coming back instantly and thats when i get that feeling and its really strong but goes away a few seconds after, would it help me to stay there... if so how.
