How do you listen to binaural or isochronic tones?
I'm confused with how your supposed to listen to these things. Do you just listen to it whilst shutting off your mind TOTALLY or are you supposed to keep your mind active while listening? say for example I was to listen to a binaural tone that aids in removing stress, would I just shut my mind off and do nothing but listen OR think about things like trying to remove the stress from your mind?

Pls only people who have had some experience with binaural or isochronic tones answer this. thx.

The best results I have had was laying down, in the dark on my bed. I would leave the computer screen off, and lay still. I don't focus on anything but the sounds. It also helps to count back from a large, three digit number. If a certain dose doesn't work for you, try another. It usually takes up to a week to get attuned to the beats, but for me, it took two doses. Hope this helps
