will me using turtle beach x11's be good enough to get the effect of idosers?

Yea they are good enough that is what I use. I had good effects with them last night.

If the frequency range is between 20hz to 20khz you should be able to do most doses. The advanced ones that focus on seperate parts of your brain require other things. Go online to check your headphone frequency range.

The frequency on those headphones are 30 to 20khz. You should be able to do most of the doses with ease
