will IndieVolume program affect i doser

any program altering the sound or amplifying it in any way (besides the windows audio slider and the idoser slider) will cause it to be ineffective

Incorrect. I took a look at the IndieVolume website. It's a nice little program. I'm thinking about getting it for myself.

Anywho, as long as you're not changing the balance or muting it, you should be fine. However, you don't need a dose particularly loud for it to work.
