I am a Beginner.. Any Post Will Be Helpful and i will be very thankful
(sorry for bad english).Look...Every time i try a dose nothing really happens, only "sleep paralaysis"(can't feel arms, feel numb, feel warm,etc.). I tried Nitrous,Trip,AcidQH,LucidDream,AstralP,Marijuana...Only Nitrous "worked".. it was kinda good feeling during the dose, but NO after effects.. I am in Dark Room, TOWEL Over My Head,NO DISTRACTIONS... So Question is how do you make iDoser work? while dosing you only concentrate on static sound or just think about life sport etc.? and Please tell me STRONG DOSE for Beginner... O, also, did any of you guys really experienced open-eye visuals with iDoser?

Thanks, in past weeks i've been studying meditation techniques it really helped me out..And, I FELT SAME SYMPTOMS I described above + auditory hallucination (my mom's voice.. she wasn't home!) that really freaked me out.. i'm gonna try some hallucinogenic doses right now..

I've had some wacky and some awesome hallucinations with I-doser, but no open eye visuals. I think it depends on the person. You should concentrate on the beats, not the white noise, and try not to think, learning meditation will really help I think, I'm trying to do the same thing. Also, I've found it helps if you really tell yourself the dose will work while you're doing it, read the description about what's supposed to happen, and kind of be aware- it may start kind of placebo but it will get real, (as real as a hallucination gets
About the sleep paralysis- are you lying down comfortably? Are your muscles really tense? That could explain it. I have trouble sometimes because my desktop computer isn't in the same room as my bed, so I have to make a bed on the floor and if I'm not comfortable the dose doesn't always work. Maybe do some stretches before dosing.
I'm trying to remember what I first tried that worked. . . I remember LSD being good, White Crosses gave me wild hallucinations even though it's not really supposed to, Anesthesia gives a kinda crazy feeling- no hallucinations though, A-Bomb was fun, and if you just want to mellow out the prescription doses Demerol or Vico are good.
Good luck and happy dosing!
