how to make doses last longer and how to sober up quickly

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has some tips on how to make the effects of doses last longer. I'm into the doses that really stone you out, NOT give you energy and make you hyper. Some of my favs: Vico, DMT, AMT, LSD, Aftermath. . . I usually get great effects during the dose, what I don't like is a lot of the time after an hour I feel completely normal again. Sometimes I don't and it lasts more like 3 hours (which is what I really want, perfect- about 3 hours) but I can't figure out what I do differently those times. So, my question is, how do you make the doses last? (and if you have other dose suggestions let me know)

Also, if you've just finished a dose and are REALLY out of it, but suddenly there's some sort of emergency or whatever and you need to sober up (and do something like drive a car- that happened to me the other day) how do you sober up really fast? I know they have the Reset dose, but that takes too long. Any suggestions?

Listen to as much of reset as you can depending on how much time you have. It will help, even if you cant do the whole thing (other other doses that require you to listen to the whole sequence).
