Any indication that these programs can induce seizure activity?

There is no more of a risk for seizures from this than there is watching standard TV Seizures are caused by specific triggers which are unique to each person. Most often triggered by flashing images. So if you listen to dubstep just fine I dont see how this is going to be any different.

Depends on the person actually. For some, a constant flash of colours won't do any harm. For others, it will. It's all dependant on how you body functions. As for I-Dosing, I haven't heard of anyone who has had a seizure do to it. I won't say it's not possible, but the chances of getting it are really slim.
